Raya Foods; one of Rayas subsidiaries, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor.
What will you do:
- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Checking orders items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Track expenses related to fuel, storage, and truck maintenance.
- Lead and supervise warehouse team, including assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and managing performance.
- Address and resolve any inquiries or complaints related to warehouse operations.
- Follow up on warehouse documents cycle and conduct unexpected physical count on it.
- Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate.
- Initiate Random inventory check, and match Physical stocks with ERP System reports, including the follow up with the stock control department.

- Refrigeration and Temperature Control.

- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in FMCG.
- Knowledge of warehouse software and MS Office proficiency.
Education
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
