Raya Smart Buildings; one of Rayas subsidiaries is hiring IT Supervisor
What will you do?
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the malls network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks
- Manage and maintain server systems, workstations, and other IT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Provide technical support to staff, tenants, and customers, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect the IT systems and data from threats such as malware, unauthorized access, and cyberattacks
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality of service
- Coordinate and oversee IT projects, such as network upgrades, system installations, and software implementations
- Coordinate and cooperate with RDC in the centralized functions
- Providing a centralized help desk for employees to address all IT support and issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same role
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Strong knowledge of network technologies, server administration, and IT security best practices
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Proficiency in various operating systems, network protocols, and IT security tools
